A recent addition to our prototype shop is the RDB-100 Baileigh Rotary Draw Bender. This tool is intended for Tube and Pipe bending at a professional production level. This machine is able to be fitted with hundreds of round and square tubing die sets as well was round pipe dies set.
Metal bending is a service that we are pleased to offer our clients. Our capability of sizes ranges from flat strap metal, to ¼” small tubing, all the way up to 1 ¾” solid stock. With this, we have great versatility in manufacturing true life prototypes and production parts.
With this new exciting piece of equipment at our finger tips, we are able to create custom bends in any metal and plastic. The rotary bender has a very nice angle gauge for 99% accurate bends and dimensions. We can create anything from a stroller to a custom built bicycle. If it has a bend in it, we can do it!
